Covered Atrium Health Facilities

As you may have seen in the news recently, the United States Supreme Court upheld the CMS vaccine mandate for the nation’s health care workers. As a result, hospitals and facilities across the country that participate in Medicare and Medicaid, including the Covered Atrium Health Facilities, are required to have policies in place to ensure that all staff, including vendors, are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

 Covered Atrium Health Facilities” means all facilities regulated under the Medicare Conditions of Participation (“CoPs”), including Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Community Mental Health Centers, Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, Critical Access Hospitals, End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities, Home Health Agencies, Home Infusion Therapy Suppliers, Hospices, Hospitals, Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Clinics, Rehabilitation Agencies, and Public Health Agencies as Providers of Outpatient Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology Services, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (“PRTFs”) Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Organizations (“PACE”), Rural Health Clinics/Medicare Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Long Term Care facilities.

  • Greater Charlotte Region. Covered Atrium Health Facilities in the Greater Charlotte Region include, but are not limited to, those facilities identified HERE.
